This is insane. No one with any credibility is disputing the results, yet these 2 (Sen. Barbara Boxer and Rep. Stephanie Jones) caused a 2 hour delay in a formality. This didn't even happen in the disputed 2000 election.
Too bad with the way the incumbants win that these bozos will ever be voted out of office.
